Project Department

It is in charge of the elabotation, negotiation and management of projects. It sends the information to donor agencies on due time and in cooperation with the Finances Department does the monthly Continuation and Monitoring of each program and project. This department is headed by Specialist. Ihosvel González Alburquerque.

Finances Department

It does the accounting as well as economic management and financial planification. Its work is based on a computerized Accounting System which allows the control of the budget per department, program and project and it also displays execution charts per project that can be looked up on the CCRD net. This department is headed by BA. Orlaida Ferrera Cruz.

Administration Department

It keeps the internal work at the CCRD, i.e. services, purchasing provisions, storage, transportation and maintenance. It also guarantees the fulfilment of the activities of each department, program and project. This department is headed by Eng. Antonio González Gordillo.

Publishing

It edits and publishes our quarterly magazine Reflexión y Diálogo which has been distributed nationaly and internationaly for more than 10 years. It publishes monthly the electronic bulletin (eBulletin) which is read by hundreds of subscribers worldwide and that is also available at our web site. It guarantees the printed material for the events and our internal work. Pamphlets such as "Introducción a la Producción de Biogás" (Introduction to Biogas production), "Destrezas para la Paz" (Skills for peace) and others have been issued with the experiences we have accumulated through the years; as well as books "Porque es Fuerte el Amor como la Muerte" (For love is strong as death), "Reflexiones Pastorales" (Pastoral Reflections) and "El amor en el misterio del ser humano" (Sexuality in the mystery of the human being) by Rev. Raimundo García Franco and "Recursos Litúrgicos y Devocionales" (Liturgical and Devotional Resources) by the compiler Presbyter Rita María Morris Cabrero who is also CCRD-Cuba Vice-Director and head of this department. This department is headed by CCRD Vice-director, Lay-woman. Rita Morris Cabrero.

Center for Information and Documentation (CID)

The C.I.D. to the memory of Rev. Raúl Fernández Ceballos, is a specialized public library open from Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.. There is a varied, up-dated bibliographical stock and also a digital library with two computers for public use. This Center has also become a place to rescue culture and values in our community and in that sense it develops activities with children, adolescents, youngs and adults. There is a great acceptance to our lyturgical and cultural celebrations, as well as our monthly Literary Gatherings and Movie Debates. The CID is headed by BA. Deysi Rodríguez Cordero.

Friendly Hands Department

It works to facilitate that other people and institutions from Cuba and overseas can use or visit our Center to share their work experiences and/or to hold meetings. Whenever it is necessary a program is outlined for each visit. Our Center has the following facilities: Three conference rooms (for 200, 25 and 10 people respectively). Bedrooms (28 double rooms with private bathroom; 14 of them have A/C. We can lodge up to 70 people) and there is an inner garden. Two dinning rooms (80-100 people and 20 people respectively). Farm "El Retiro" with a classroom, a farm house and other facilities for conferences and spiritual retreats. This department is headed by CCRD Vice-director, Lay-woman. Rita Morris Cabrero.
