The Assembly

It is the CCRD-Cuba uppermost management structure  which gathers once a year to settle the policy and strategy of our Center, evaluates the work and the meeting of our budget and designates in a hierarchical way all the members of the Administrative Board

The Administrative Board

It assembles mainly three times a year to evaluate our work and its members have been previously appointed for specific functions on task supervision.

The Executive Director

Runs the Institution and his responsibility is to see that all strategies, work plans, disciplinarian and projects are carried out properly.

Coordination Council

It is made up by the Executive Director, the Vice-director and the coordinators in charge of the Pastorals (Programs) and the different Departments. They assemble to adapt the various programs and projects as to accomplish The Annual Work Plan, The Strategic Plan and meet The Budget.
